If you decide to work with us, you will work with a Kruse Development meeting planner who will:

  1. Listen to your needs. Your meeting planner will listen to your needs, objectives, and budget.
  2. Analyze your audience. Based on your needs and objectives, your meeting planner will analyze your audience to create parameters that your event speaker must meet in order to be an outstanding fit for your group.
  3. Search for speakers. Your meeting planner will use the parameters to search our database of speakers to find the one(s) that will hit a home run at your event.

  4. Recommend speakers. Several speaker recommendations will be provided for you to review and select your best fit.

  5. Connect you with your speaker(s). We will connect you with the speaker(s) and act as your liaison for your event.

  6. Provide paperwork. We will provide you with the paperwork to secure the speaker(s) for the day of your meeting or conference, as well as the invoice.

  7. Follow up. Kruse Development will not leave you hanging after the program. We will make sure we have exceeded your expectations and help you begin thinking about your next event.
